What Are Credits?

Credits are the virtual currency used to access AI-powered features.

You can obtain Credits through:

Subscription plans
Credit purchases
Official events and promotions

How to Get Credits

Credits are available through different channels.

Where Can Credits Be Used?

Credits can be used to enhance photos, generate images or videos, as well as text to speach and generate captions.

How Credits Are Consumed

When multiple Credit balances are available, Credits are deducted in the following order:

Subscription Credits
Event Credits
Recharge Credits

If multiple Credits of the same type exist, the Credits that expire first are consumed first.

Important Notes:

Credits cannot be exchanged for subscriptions.

Credits cannot be transferred between accounts.

Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

Successfully purchased Credits are non-refundable.

Can Credits Be Used Across Platforms?

Recharge Credits and Event Credits

Recharge Credits and Event Credits are shared across platforms when using the same account.

For example:

Credits purchased on iOS can be used on Android.
Credits purchased on Android can be used on iOS.

Subscription Credits

Subscription Credits are platform-specific and cannot be transferred between operating systems.

Guest Accounts

Credits purchased in Guest Mode can be transferred only if you registere a new account on the app.

Credits cannot be transferred to an existing account.

Recharging Credits in Guest Mode

Credits recharged in guest mode can be transferred to a newly registered account, but not to an existing account.

Where can I check my Credit balance and usage details？

You can view your Credit balance at the bottom of the AI tools generation panel. You can also check your Credit balance and usage details in 'Personal Center - Credit Center'.

Can Credits in my account still be used after the membership expires?

After the membership expires, the Credits earned from subscriptions will become invalid. If you renew your subscription, you will receive subscription Credits at the beginning of the new subscription period. Credits obtained through recharge and participation in events can still be used.

If I cancel my subscription during the subscription period, can I still use the Credits in my account?

If you cancel your subscription and the remaining subscription fee is not refunded, the subscription Credits in your account can still be used. Still, they will automatically expire at the end of the current subscription period. If the remaining subscription fee is refunded, the subscription Credits in your account will be frozen and unusable, and the frozen Credits will automatically expire at the end of the current subscription period. Credits obtained through recharge and participation in events can still be used.

If I cancel my subscription and then resubscribe during the subscription period, can I still use the Credits in my account?

If you cancel your subscription during the current period and do not refund the remaining subscription fee, the Credits within the current subscription period can still be used. New subscription Credits will be issued at the beginning of the next 'subscription month.' Suppose you cancel your subscription during the current period and the remaining subscription fee is refunded. In that case, the Credits within the current subscription period will be frozen and unusable, and new subscription Credits will be issued at the beginning of the next 'subscription month.' Credits obtained through recharge and participation in events can still be used.

How is the validity of subscription Credits calculated?

Subscription Credits are related to the subscription period. They are issued at the beginning of the subscription month and expire on the last day of the subscription month. For example, if you purchase a continuous monthly membership on August 20, 2025, you will receive 100 Credits for the first subscription month (August 20 to September 19) on August 20. These Credits will expire on September 19, 2025.

Are subscription Credits the same for different membership levels?

Same. Currently, different types of memberships receive their allocated Credits on a 'subscription month' cycle. The amount of allocated Credits is 100.
